Elopement, bodybuilding, and creative experiments during a sabbatical
It's been a minute and I've missed you! So much has gone down, and I can't wait to fill you in soon. Meanwhile, here are some of the biggest highlights:
My significant other and I eloped in Jamaica. We met through my hobby as a bodybuilding athlete, so it feels full circle to have built and birthed a whole tiny body together three months ago.
Pausing rollerskating and reducing some of my other active hobbies while pregnant sparked me to dive into unique forms of self-care, creative experiments, and something called artist dates. Lots of takeaways here.
Erica Courdae, my business partner at Pause On The Play®, and I created a Resource Library with some of the most unique tools and workshops out there, all on-demand so you can use them whenever and wherever.
Getting ready for life with a newborn inspired me to redefine what’s essential. I started exploring what minimalism means for this season of my life, figuring out how to simplify and streamline what feels like everything so I can savor what I value most right now.
I switched to a new email (and blogging) platform with some cool features I’m excited to try out. Let me know what you think about these new letters so I can keep your feedback in mind.
And that's just the highlights! So much has happened, I learned a lot, and I can't wait to share it all. I've even got a few shiny new silver hairs on my head to show for all the wisdom gained. LOL
Glad to be back, and I’m so glad you’re here with me! Chat soon!
Warmly,
India (she/her)
